Job Descriptions:

  • Lead the financial planning cycle including annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, and long-term financial modeling to support company strategy and growth.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of company performance, including revenue, expenses, profitability, variance analysis, and key financial/operational metrics.
  • Partner with business units (Tech, Product, Marketing, People, etc.) to provide financial insights, scenario planning, and support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, financial models, and management reporting packages to deliver clear and actionable insights to management and Group.
  • Monitor company financial performance against KPIs, identify risks/opportunities, and provide recommendations to optimize resource allocation.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly/quarterly management reports, including commentary and business drivers for variance.
  • Work closely with Accounting team for accurate closing, reconciliation, and alignment of management vs. statutory reporting.
  • Conduct business case modeling for new initiatives, partnerships, and investments.
  • Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders including Group FP&A, auditors, and regulators as required.
  • Drive process improvement and digital tools adoption (ERP, BI, financial planning systems) to enhance planning, reporting, and analysis efficiency.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; CFA/CPA or MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance Business Partnering, or related functions.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and strategic thinking skills with ability to translate data into business insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Experience in digital business, e-commerce, fintech, or loyalty program is a plus.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP), BI tools, and advanced MS Excel/PowerPoint.
  • Agile, self-initiated, with leadership and ownership mindset to drive results in a fast-changing environment.
